About the Project
Livin is a housing platform for college students, built on AI agents written in Python with the Google Agent Development Kit behind a Next.js backend, deployed on Google Cloud Platform. Students chat with an agent that searches a few hundred listings and returns recommendations weighted by what they described and by their own profile, including roommate compatibility. I architected the full stack and led a cross-functional team from conception through launch, reaching over 700 users at Cal Poly and UC schools within about four months, and ran operations, marketing, customer research, and investor pitching alongside the engineering.
